How do I set up the ordering function?

ShopOne Sales Pop is an application that displays popup notifications about recent orders, the number of customers adding products to their carts, remaining stock, the number of online customers, order summaries, and other announcements.

Our application helps customers display important notifications to create a sense of urgency and encourage buyers to make quick purchasing decisions.

With 6 popular notification types, you can choose the ones that best suit your website's strengths to impress customers. For example, if you don't have many orders yet, enable the "products added to cart" feature and the number of online customers to let your customers know that your store is a potential store with many active customers.

Order Function 

1. Create A New Campaign

Go to ShopOne Sales Popup app

Click create new campaign

Enter your campaign name

Note: The campaign name is only visible to you and must be unique.

2. Set Target (Recent Orders)

This section allows you to show recent purchase notifications.

Number of recent orders

Enter how many recent orders you want to display (e.g. 20)

The app will automatically sync order data from Shopify.

Tip:

Use 10–30 orders for a natural and trustworthy effect

Too many notifications may overwhelm customers

3. Customize Layout & Design

Choose how your popup will look:

Layout options:

Square → Modern, clean style

Round → Softer, more friendly look

Select the style that matches your store branding.

4. Configure Settings

You can customize how the popup behaves:

Add underline on hover (desktop) → Highlight product name

Hide heading text → Remove top message

Hide close button → Keep popup always visible

Hide time ago → Remove “time ago” text

Hide “Powered by ShopOne” → Remove branding

Tip:

Keep key elements visible to maintain trust and clarity.

5. Customize Content

This is what your customers will see in the popup.

Heading text

Example:

{{first_name}} in {{city}}, {{country}} purchased

You can use variables to make notifications dynamic:

{{first_name}}

{{city}}

{{country}}

Product name

{{product.title}}

Displays the product name automatically.

Time ago

{{time_ago}}

Shows how recent the purchase was (e.g. “2 hours ago”)

You can select Time ago language (e.g. English)

6. Choose Display Pages

Select where the popup will appear:

All pages → Show everywhere

Specific pages:

Home page

Product page

Collection page

Cart page

Blog page

Recommended: Show on Product page + Home page for best conversion

7. Create Campaign

Click create

Your Sales Popup campaign is now live

Keep notifications realistic and not too frequent

Use location + time ago to build trust

Combine with discounts or urgency campaigns for better results

Monitor performance and adjust settings accordingly
